Buying?

I’m a Tar Heel by birth. I spent the first 20 years of my life in Chapel Hill, and after the second 20 years – mostly spent on Hilton Head Island and traveling much of the world – I finally found my way back home. I love this town, and I am deeply rooted.

I owned/operated White Space Creative – a successful branding and marketing studio on Hilton Head Island, SC (now in Carrboro) that focused on real estate companies, developers, and builders. This experience afforded me excellent knowledge for working as a licensed Real Estate Broker.

What do I do for fun – when not helping my clients? As a Tar Heel from birth – Carolina basketball is HUGE in our family. I loved coaching and cheering my kids during their soccer and basketball days – both Tar Heel alumni. Some of my favorite pastimes are live music, sporting events, beach days, and hiking. In 2008, I co-founded the local nonprofit SKJAJA Fund, which offers kids opportunities to discover their passion through sports, arts, education, and service.

How Can Eric Help?

Nancy S.

When considering a move to the Chapel Hill area, local friends recommended Eric. They described him as "very smart, knowledgeable about the area, and very easy to work with." We found that to be true! Eric explored Orange and Chatham Counties with us. He listened to us describe what we wanted/needed in our next house. Then, he found a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. We think the world of Eric and love our home.

Although some are no longer visible — they hold a special place in my heart — representing Chapel Hill as a creative, special place.
